Damaged or Wrong Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement or a full refund — no worries, no hassle.

Returns of Unopened Jars

Because our honey is a food product, we can only accept unopened and sealed jars for return.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the jar was damaged or incorrect).
